This was the first time that I have attended Watsons Auctions, I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the helpfulness of the staff from the warm welcome received when I arrived (including advice as to where to go for some breakfast) to the service given, which extended to unscrewing the lithograph from the wall so that I could have a closer look at it, the efficient way that my invoice was created, the fact that my lot was ready for me in the reception areas as soon as I had paid for it and how smooth everything ran in general. Certainly there’s a lesson here for a lot of other auction houses… and a credit to all the staff. Many thanks, you made the experience of parting with my money a pleasure!
