As well as assessing items for sale in our auctions, we undertake formal valuations for:

Probate

Probate valuations, made at the instigation of solicitors or executors, aim to establish the true value of a person’s estate, and ensure the maximum benefit. We will value major items, and arrange for the sale or disposal of other property, in accordance with the terms of the will, the rights of the beneficiaries, and the demands of HM Revenue & Customs!

Insurance

Using our experience and expertise, we will advise on the replacement value for specific items, over and above the market value. So should the worst happen, you have the reassurance of knowing you can eventually replace your most cherished possessions.
